With these straight-line conveyors, we installed 90-degree transfer modules to direct the boxes to the correct sections. This creates the ideal ecosystem for automation modules.
Conveyor Automation
Working with our partners, we added conveyor automation elements to facilitate real-time tracking of boxes in the warehouse.
All the boxes pass through an automated 3D scanning tunnel which weighs them and scans 3 sides of the boxes with a camera to generate a 3D image. We also can create 3D scanning tunnels to scan all 5 sides of a box. Thanks to this automatic identification process, the boxes can therefore move independently through the conveyor system towards the designated transfer line.
