Model 124 - Wire Mesh Belt Conveyors
Wire mesh belt conveyors can be used in various conditions to transport hot, cold or oily products in an oven, to cool, to transport cold items from a freezer, hot food or other special conditions. A variety of belt types can be used depending on the application. It is designed to interface with existing conveyor systems and is custom designed from standard components.
Convoyeurs LM offers the Model 124 wire mesh with two styles of bridge. The roller bed is used for heavy loads over long distances, and the longitudinal bed offers an open style for better air circulation. Wear strips are supplied in steel, stainless steel or plastic depending on the application.
The standard belt is a 1/2 “x 1” galvanized flat wire mesh with a folded selvedge edge. Many optional belt types are available including heavy duty, stainless steel and balanced spiral belts. Wire mesh belts are ideal for handling hot parts that need to be washed, dried or cleaned. Strip widths of 12 “, 18”, 24 “, 30”, 36 “are supplied as standard.
