The Model 204 Belt Conveyor adds flexibility to your manufacturing process by letting you use valuable floor space more efficiently. The double nose with folding rollers allows a smooth transition of the product from tilt to horizontal thus protecting fragile products. The Model 204 uses a 4 “diameter crown-faced rubber drive pulley with a heavy-duty 12-gauge box-type frame formed 4” deep. Adjustable “H” type brackets or ceiling suspension brackets are supplied as standard equipment. A center drive and reel can be added for reverse applications. The design of all conveyors allows you to easily add components to achieve a fully integrated handling system.
