They needed conveyors that could help them optimize the sorting of refrigerators for recycling.<\/p><p>Convoyeurs LM has designed a tailor-made conveyor for their optimization needs for sorting refrigerator parts intended for recycling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2e0e2b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d2e0e2b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The Choice of Conveyors<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4836402 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4836402\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To assist D\u00e9fi R\u00e9cup-Air in sorting parts intended for recycling, Convoyeurs LM has set up a line of conveyors on three floors. The first floor, at the top, is dedicated to small parts in cabarets, the second floor is reserved for metal parts, and the third floor is dedicated to transformers. This solution is effective in optimizing space in a warehouse.<\/p><p>Two types of conveyors were installed due to the completely different nature of the parts to be moved. A conveyor equipped with a plastic belt was chosen for the first floor, while steel belt conveyors (HSB) were installed for the lower two floors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ddacdf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4ddacdf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">Plastic Belt Conveyors<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca7c113 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ca7c113\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Choosing a <a href=\"https:\/\/convoyeurslm.com\/en\/conveyors\/plastic-belt-conveyors\/\">conveyor with a plastic belt<\/a> for the top floor was the ideal choice, because it must transport small parts and bins.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5676bf0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5676bf0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">Hinged Steel Belt Conveyors<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-809c86f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"809c86f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For the lower floors, <a href=\"https:\/\/convoyeurslm.com\/en\/conveyors\/hinged-steel-belt-conveyors\/\">steel belt conveyors<\/a> were installed, because D\u00e9fi R\u00e9cup-Air needs to move the heavy parts of the refrigerator, the metal parts, and the transformers. Since these are large, irregular, and heavy pieces, these sections had to be robust and solid.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c034d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c034d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Although the recycling service for metal parts or household appliances, D\u00e9fi R\u00e9cup-Air needed a conveyor to facilitate the sorting of parts to be recycled for one of their divisions.
