The latter is a North American company with nearly 100 years of experience in door design, construction, and distribution. Thanks to their expertise, it works in the residential and non-residential sector.<\/p><p>As when reading their report, <a href=\"https:\/\/view.publitas.com\/masonite-international\/mic-22098-2022-esg-report-final\/page\/1\">2022 Environmental, Social &amp; Governance Report<\/a>, the quality of their service and innovations are the reasons for their importance in the field. Convoyeurs LM was proudly able to help them achieve their <u>objectives of improving handling<\/u> thanks to conveyors.<\/p><ul><li>Increase safety elements in the warehouse to reduce the risk of accidents,<\/li><li>Provide door transport tools to reduce the number of defective products.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-99eb190 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"99eb190\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The choice of conveyors<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13649b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"13649b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For our client, two types of conveyors were chosen to meet the objectives: chain-motorized roller conveyors and gravity roller conveyors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc58a4c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cc58a4c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyors <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5eec71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f5eec71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Chain driven live roller conveyors (CDLR) were installed for several reasons:<\/p><ul><li><strong>The type of product<\/strong>: CDLRs are perfect for heavy products and smooth bottoms such as door piles,<\/li><li><strong>Flexibility<\/strong>: Different sections are available for simplified handling and the possibility of adding manual or automated sections,<\/li><li><strong>Speed<\/strong>: The speed can be controlled according to customer needs, thus guaranteeing efficient and secure handling.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c50212f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c50212f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">Custom Solution: From CDLR to Gravity<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ea0c425 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ea0c425\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In their production line, they needed a solution to transport doors in need of repair. With our partners, we added a section equipped with a gravity roller conveyor equipped with a retractable motor in the straight line of the CDLR. This custom conveyor section was installed for the following reasons:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Flexibility<\/strong>: Gravity conveyors can be configured to meet specific business needs. In this project we installed a system allowing use with the CDLR conveyor and gravity use when the section comes off the line,<\/li><li><strong>Safety<\/strong>: This gravity section allows employees to safely move doors in need of repair to a different section of the warehouse without having to lift them.<\/li><\/ul><p>In short, with our various partners, we have created a tailor-made conveyor solution to offer speed and security in their warehouse.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-362da5f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"362da5f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Security around the Conveyors<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4a28657 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4a28657\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Conveyor safety features are important because the risk of injury is present.
